Elemental Wrap Kit in Yukata

The shifting colours and angular jog in this easy-to-knit wrap evoke sedimentary rock formations. The project incorporates textural shifts: alternating between holding a sport-weight yarn with lace-weight mohair, to mohair held doubled. The significant silk content of these yarns brings luxury to the piece, and with Noro's self-striping yarn, you'll always be looking forward to the next colour change. The finished shawl measures approx. 51 cm (20.5") wide x 183 cm (72") long.

Kit includes:One ball of Noro Yukata, one skein of Hand Maiden Superkid Silk, one 25g ball of lace-weight mohair, and the Elemental Wrap pattern.

Skills Required: Knit, purl, knit/purl through back loop, make 1 increase, k2tog decrease, following a written pattern.
